Short Horror Stories!

Hey everyone!
I've recently came across some great short horror stories, and I thought I might share some with you....

(BE AWARE THAT I DO NOT OWN THESE STORIES!)

Home Alone
You are home alone, and hear on the news about the profile of a murderer who is on the loose. You look out the sliding glass doors to your backyard, and notice a man standing out in the snow. He fits the profile of the murderer exactly.... And he is smiling at you.
You gulp, picking up the phone to your right and dialing 911. You look back out the glass as you press the phone to your ear.... And notice he is much closer to you now.
Then you drop the phone in shock. There are no footprints in the snow.

It's his reflection....

The New Bride
During a wedding reception of a young couple, the guests decide on a 'drunken' game of Hide & Seek. It was decided that the groom was "it", and he eventually found everyone... But his new bride. Eventually the groom became furious and decided that it wasn't that funny anymore and left her there.
As weeks went by, he accepted that she'd had second thoughts and went on with her life, so he did the same. A few years later, a cleaning lady dusted off an old trunk in the attic of the building where the reception had taken place... Out of curiosity, she opened it.
Inside the trunk, was the rotted body of the missing bride who'd apparently became locked in the trunk she hid in. Whether she'd suffocated or starved, was unknown. But her face was frozen in a scream and there were huge scratches in the inside of the trunk, where she tried to get back to the man she loved.

Across The Border
There was a couple from Texas who was planning a weekend trip across the Mexican border for a shopping spree. At the last minute, their babysitter canceled, so they had to bring along their two year old son with them.
They had been across the border for an hour, when the boy got free and ran off around the corner. The mother tried to find him, but he was missing. The mother found a police officer who told her to go to the gate and wait. Not really understanding the instructions, she did as she was told.
About 45 minutes later, a Mexican man approached the border, carrying the boy. The mother ran to him, grateful that he had been found. When the man realized it was the boy's mother, he dropped him and ran off. The police were waiting for him.
The boy was dead, and in the 45 minutes he was missing, he was cut open, all of his organs removed, and stuffed with bags of cocaine...

The man was going to carry him across the border as if he were asleep.

Pasaje Del Terror at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Review!!!

Hello Bloggers, and welcome to Jim's Horror Updates.

This is my review on the legendary UK attraction Pasaje Del Terror (Passage Of Terror). It was constructed in 1998 and is located near the Casino outside the entrance of the Pleasure Beach. I've loved this attraction ever since I was a little kid. I was 6 years old at the time I first experienced it, and I came out a right wreck. It was like I was in my own horror film, and the characters interacted with you as you moved through the passage. The attraction contains serial killers from your favourite horror films e.g. Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Regan (The Exorcist) and so on. The second time I experienced it was in 2009, and the first time I went to Blackpool since I was 6. The passage had changed a lot since the last time I went in, it was more creepy. Now, I go every year to experience this awesome attraction. After you experience the attraction, you run through a book case and enter a horror themed bar, and it is an awesome bar. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and skeletons on the wall. To experience this attraction it costs £7.00, and trust me, it's worth every penny. I heard a rumour over Facebook, that unfortunately they have got rid of Pinhead, but have replaced him with Michael Myers, so it should be great fun when I go there again this year.

This is a link to their website, you can book tickets on there:
http://www.pasajedelterror.com/english/index_english.html
The website also contains some videos of peoples reactions after the run out of the book case, and some of the characters inside of the attraction.

That is my post for the week. Please tune in next week for my new horror update.

Bye!

This is my own photo of the attraction from my own camera, I didn't copy and paste it from a website!

Book in the making!

Hello bloggers,
This is not my post for the week. Just to let you all know, that I have started writing a book. I have wrote books in the past but I have never got them published. It is a horror novel based around my area in Oldbury. I hope to get it published. But if I do, I will let you all know. It is an interesting story as my friends and teachers at school have said. They said it's very psychological, creepy and they would consider buying it. I have only finished two chapters so far, so I have left a cliffhanger for them. Anyways, I'm off now but please tune in again sometime in the week for my next horror update...

Welcome To The Blog People! SCRE4M Review!

Hello cruel world, welcome to Jim's Horror Updates. This is my first post so don't get cocky....

This post is about my trip to the Cinema to see the new film Scream 4 (SCRE4M). I went to see it on the day it was released. Personally, I thought it was a little bit to far fetched to be honest. The storyline was a little messed up. I think they are running out of ideas but that is my opinion, and everyones opinion counts! Gale Riley (Courtney Cox) althrough the trilogy was stabbed, beaten, shot and still sirvived, and in the fourth movie she was stabbed in the womb.....AND STILL SIRVIVED!!!! I mean, come on, in real life you would be dead by now! By the way, I am a huge fan of Wes Craven's work and I am not Judging him but as I said before, "Everyone's opinion counts". I heard a rumour one day, that they were going to release another two Scream movies, let's just hope they are better then the fourth movie.

That's my post for the week, tune in next week for a new horror update.....
